Compensation and Benefits :

• Annual Base Compensation : $250,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Sign-On Bonus : $15,000
• Annual Incentive Bonus : Up to 28% of base salary (average bonus $50,000)
• Partnership Opportunity : Eligible after 3 years (no buy-in required)
