Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Apply Evidence-Based Practice : Implement therapeutic interventions that enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Family Members : Instruct patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to encourage sustained progress at home
• Document and Evaluate Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients are achieving their goals
