Holiday coverage required : work two of the following :

Thanksgiving & Fri / weekend after

New Year’s Eve / Day & Fri / weekend after

COVID vaccination (dose on / after 10 / 3 / 23) required. Exemption forms available if needed; masks required if approved

Travelers within 50 miles of facility not eligible

Dress code : personal scrubs of any color

Orientation : 8 hours non-billable

Holiday / OT multiplier : 1.25x
