A company is looking for a Director, Client Success to join their Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for key strategic accounts and serve as the primary contact for client requests
Mentor and coach a team of Client Success Managers while developing strong customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and identify growth opportunities for accounts
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a Client Success role within the adtech, digital, or programmatic industry
2+ years of people management experience
Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and digital advertising landscape
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and conducting strategic business reviews
