Summary / Objective

They are responsible for perfecting automotive titles in a timely manner in the correct lending partner name. The Title Specialist will work collaboratively with other Location Services production teams to ensure that title processing is done accurately, efficiently, and completed within established guidelines. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys a goal driven & fast-paced environment, is enthusiastic to multitask and perform multiple departmental functions, and is poised and professional at all times. This is an in-office position.

• Fast learner that can comprehend, retain, and implement required policies and procedures
• Detail orientated with excellent time management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills that will be used to generate resolutions for escalated accounts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and effective listening skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to de-escalate situations when a customer is upset
• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with automobile loan and / or titles processing preferred but not required
• Experience with quality assurance preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with automobile loan and / or titles processing, preferred but not required
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, dealership or real estate processing preferred but not required
• Ability to work overtime hours and Saturdays, as needed

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
