Title : Senior Accountant

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Compensation : $62,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities :

Manage general accounting functions, including reconciliations and invoicing for contracts

Oversee grant-related accounting, ensuring compliance and tracking deliverables

Support payroll processing and related reporting

Work with QuickBooks Online and help guide transition to a new accounting system

Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports in a timely manner

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure sound financial practices

Provide light Excel-based reporting and financial analysis

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Proven accounting experience; nonprofit background highly preferred

Knowledge of grant compliance, deliverables, and reporting

Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online; system migration experience a plus

Payroll processing experience strongly preferred

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative independently
