We're looking for a driven, high-energy Recruiter to work in our Cougar Mountain and Bellevue schools who can manage multiple roles across various functions while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In this role, you'll :

• Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute effective sourcing, screening, and interview strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and locations
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management
• Identify and engage diverse and accomplished candidates through creative recruiting techniques
• Collaborate on improving our recruitment processes and bring fresh ideas to support long-term hiring goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, helping to evaluate talent and guide hiring decisions
