Salary : 65-75k + bonus
Industry : Medical device, privately held, about 700 employees globally with 285 employees in US and Canada, 4 in HR
Hours : Full-time
Location : Marlborough, MA (right off 495)
Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Must haves :
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Some HR, benefits, HRIS or managing employee data experience
- Intermediate Excel (for reporting)

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits. You will serve as a key contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits questions and work with HR, Finance and vendors to maintain compliance and support the wider HR team and business.
Responsibilities
Accurate calculation and processing of payrolls ensuring all amendments are processed including bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada, monthly and quarterly commission processing and off-cycle payrolls as necessaryCollaborate with Finance to reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reportsDevelop and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and analytics in collaboration with the broader HR teamPrepare and submit required reports to government agencies in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure data integrity across HR systems and provide audit support as neededMaintain HRIS data for new hires, employee changes, and terminationsAdminister benefits-related tasks including Open Enrollment support, data entry in carrier portals and HRIS / payroll systems, and responding to employee benefit inquiriesContribute to global HRIS process improvements by identifying enhancement opportunities, creating process documentation, and supporting change initiativesQualifications
Bachelor degree is preferred3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administrationStrong knowledge of payroll laws, benefit regulations and compliance requirementsExperience using HRIS systems, SuccessFactors and / or ADP WorkforceNow is a bonusProficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills requiredJ-18808-Ljbffr
