Express Healthcare Staffing of Miami is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a travel job in Orange Park, Florida.

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees

Number of Beds : 370

Patient Ratios : (n / a – procedural position)

Type of equipment : GE Innova, Medtronic Cryoconsole, Carto Mapping

Documentation system : MacLab / Meditech

Hospital Specifics-

Certifications : GWTG Awards (CAD, Mission Lifeline, Afib, CHF)

Unit Specifics :

Scheduling requirements : 4-10 hour shifts / week

Floating : Support in prep / recovery area as needed

On call schedule : Call not required for EP, could pick up in CCL if desired.

EMR : Meditech

Weekends : None required

Must have :

Advanced skills needed :

Scrub for ablations and device implants. Must be able to monitor and pace ablation cases.

Procedures performed on unit : Ablations (RF and Cryo), Device implants, Watchman and Micra

Certifications Required : RCIS or RCES or RT(R) (Or eligible to sit for the RCIS)

Newer procedure rooms and equipment. Engaged physician champion. Building out a team separate from CCL staff.
