About the role

Provide urgent care services to patients across all ages, from infants to seniors.

Manage common urgent care conditions and perform procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, splinting and foreignbody removal.

Interpret diagnostics and document accurately in the EMR.

Collaborate with clinic leadership and support a patientfirst care model.

Schedule

Fulltime physicians work five 8hour shifts per week (8 am 5 pm), Monday through Friday.

No afterhours call; clinics operate MondayFriday 8 am7 pm and Saturday 9 am5 pm, but your schedule is 40 hours across weekdays with occasional weekend coverage if needed.

Compensation and benefits

Pay : $115$140 per hour (roughly $239 000$291 000 per year for a 40hour work week) plus productivity incentives.

Requirements

Alabama medical license (or ability to obtain) and board certification or eligibility in family medicine, emergency medicine or a related specialty.

Active DEA registration and current BLS / ACLS / PALS certifications.

At least two years of urgentcare or emergencymedicine experience preferred; must be comfortable treating patients from birth through adulthood.

Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong communication skills; DOT Medical Examiner certification is a plus.
