Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Title : Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction (OSHPD / HCAI) with Project Executive career advancement. Hybrid in office and onsite for projects throughout Los Angeles.

Location : Pasadena / LA

Compensation : $150,000 – $180,000+ annually, plus full benefits and performance bonus

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in OSHPD / HCAI healthcare projects. This is a key leadership role with clear advancement opportunities into Project Executive for the right individual. We are also open to considering experienced Project Managers who are ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with OSHPD / HCAI requirements
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources while maintaining high quality and compliance standards
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee and mentor project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to drive business goals, project strategy, and future growth opportunities
