Bistro Prep & Dishwasher

Part Time | Days (Flexible hours)

$11.50 / hr to $13.30 / hr based on experience

The Bistro Prep & Dishwasher primary responsibilities will include :

Prepare and measure ingredients for recipes (e.g., chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)

Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible

Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas

Monitor inventory and report shortages

Rotate stock items as per established procedures

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand

Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station

Remove trash and recyclables and place them in designated areas

Sweep and mop kitchen floors

Clean food preparation and production areas as required

Monitor dishwashing temperature to ensure proper sanitization

Assist with cleaning and sanitizing duties as needed

Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisor.

What is required in this position?

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

High School diploma / GED

Food service experience preferred

ServeSafe II Certification preferred
