\n DON is being replaced due to leading facility down bad path...brand new building.....client is in survey window and want someone good with Survey prep.....looking for a good people person DON to help build good moral and work conditions, would like to make work more enjoyable for everyone, need some structured and clinical, who can help with survey prep and help turn good nurses into great nurses, motivate, inspire and improve the working environment so everyone enjoys going to work.... the night shift may need a little tough love to get back in order.....moral...team building motivating....fun place....survey window....brand new building moved in February....some things were lost in transition to new building ... great leader guidance...will not need to work the floor unless situation arises......current DON is talking behind peoples backs, telling one person one thing and another something different creating a negative environment....the negativity has caused their MDS to leave and they need an interim MDS as well
