As a Compliance Program Advisor within PNC's first line of defense Enterprise Compliance Programs Team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or within PNC's footprint. As a senior member of the team, you will lead and strengthen programs supporting our prudential regulations (e.g., Reg O, Reg W) and compliance with certain state specific de-banking laws.

The ideal candidate will have the following :

• Compliance, regulatory or legal experience
• Experience leading cross functional initiatives
• Risk management, relationship building, analytical thinking, and project management skills
• Experience working with Lines of Business, legal and risk partners

Pay Transparency Base Salary : $64,000.00 – $111,800.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
