Locums Emergency Medicine Houston, Texas

Start Date : ASAPContract Length : 36 MonthsSetting : Hospital Emergency DepartmentEMR : Meditech (2-day shadow / orientation provided)

Schedule & Coverage

Shifts Available : 12 hours (AM & PM)

Coverage : Single coverage physician model

Normal ED Support Staff provided

Patient Volume : 1.52 patients per hour

Admission Rate : ~20%

Number of ER Bays : 18

Patient & Facility Details

Patient Population : Mostly adults

Coverage Model : Single coverage

Staffing Support : Standard ED team

Candidate Requirements

EM Residency Trained Required

Board Certification : Primary Care Physicians with Emergency Medicine experience and alternate boards will be considered
