We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant to design, configure, and optimize customer journeys, campaigns, and automations for our clients. This role combines technical expertise with marketing strategy execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision, speed, and measurable impact. You will work closely with client stakeholders, strategists, and technical teams to translate marketing objectives into scalable, automated experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Journey and Campaign Configuration : Design, build, and deploy customer journeys in SFMC Journey Builder, including segmentation, personalization, and decision splits.
• Configure and launch marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other supported channels.
• Set up campaign triggers and automations using Automation Studio and related tools.
• Create and manage audience segments leveraging SFMC data extensions, Contact Builder, and SQL queries.
• Implement dynamic content and AMPscript for personalization at scale.
• Testing & Optimization : Develop A / B and multivariate tests for campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Conduct thorough pre-launch QA, including rendering checks, link validation, and data integrity testing.
• Collaboration & Consulting : Partner with marketing strategists to align journeys and campaigns with client objectives, KPIs, and customer lifecycle stages.
• Advise clients on SFMC best practices, optimization opportunities, and governance.
• Document processes, configurations, and campaign workflows for client enablement.
• Performance Reporting
• Track and report on campaign and journey performance, identifying insights for continuous improvement.
