Recruit, develop, and retain top nursing talent while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and family experiences. Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation with a focus on efficiency and quality. Drive evidence-based practice, continuous improvement, and innovation in maternal care. Serve as a mentor and role model, supporting professional growth across the nursing team. What We’re Looking For : RN license (Georgia or Compact State). Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s preferred. Minimum 2 years progressive nursing management experience. BLS certification (Instructor accepted). Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills. Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaborative relationships.
