SIMOS is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a large distribution center in Burlington, NJ! This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance.

The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.

The Warehouse Team Lead assists the Supervisor with setting up daily / weekly work assignments for staff.

A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required and will work in a non-climate controlled building.

Shift Information : Weekday Second Shift : Tuesday-Friday, 3 : 00pm

You may be asked to work overtime and on Saturdays.

Pay Rate : $21.00

Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems Limited OT opportunities will be available Non-climate controlled building- Must be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse setting .

Requirements : Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education : HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location : Simos Insourcing Solutions, Burlington, NJ 08016.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00

This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
