Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities :

Position Summary :

Sul Ross State University is seeking dedicated and responsible student workers to assist in the daily operations of its NCAA Division II football program. This position offers a hands-on experience for students interested in athletic operations, coaching, and team management. Ideal for aspiring coaches, sports managers, or student-athletes looking t stay connected to football while in college.

Student Assistant Football Manager :

• Assist with practice setup and breakdown, including equipment and field prep.
• Manage and distribute water, footballs, and gear during practices and games.
• Help maintain and organize locker rooms, uniforms, and equipment storage.
• Support game-day operations, including sideline setup and communication with coaching staff.
