job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThis person will be responsible for completing admissions, discharges and daily notes on their caseload as well as participating in family meetings or agency meetings as necessary. This is a full time, onsite position. There is no on call and no weekend coverage. This provider would not be attending to detox patients. The site is willing to offer a mix of geriatric and adults if the candidate preference. Average of 2 admissions and 2 discharges per day. Call is optional, and would be done via telehealth for admissions and restraint evaluations. No need to have board certification, but experience with geriatric patients is needed. Call would be weekdays 5p-8a or weekends 5p friday-8a monday
