Business Systems Analyst

Overview

The Enterprise Finance Applications team at Koch Technology (KT) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team to support leveraged, enterprise Procure to Pay (PTP) applications and projects across the global Koch Inc. companies. Our team leads projects and provides support for leveraged applications and technology centered around our enterprise PTP processes. This role will have a strong focus on data analysis and strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the PTP IT processes, platforms, proactively monitor systems / integrations, and support our global PTP users. Additionally, you will provide execution support for new application implementations / projects, identify consumer experience process enhancements, and identify ways to transform PTP processes through automation and analytics.

Our Team

The Enterprise Finance Applications team is a product-centric organization strategically aligned with Koch's key business areas. As a preferred partner, we collaborate with Koch companies, accounting service delivery teams, and transformation teams to support and drive transformation across several critical processes and platforms, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Treasury. We focus on people, processes, technology, and data to deliver value through innovation. By leveraging critical and economic thinking, as well as proven frameworks and principles, our team contributes to Koch's success through transformative solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of PTP, accounting, Accounts Payable (AP) processes (supplier onboarding, invoice processing and payments), and procurement lifecycle (contract >

purchase >

invoice) and translating that knowledge into optimizing the PTP tools / applications.
