We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join an exceptional school team serving students in Cook County, IL. This is a short-term opportunity running from January 5, 2026 through April 27, 2026, with the possibility to start sooner.

This role offers the chance to be part of a student-centered, multidisciplinary team, making a meaningful impact by providing speech and language services to students of all ages in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Details :

Location : Cook County, IL

Dates : January 5, 2026 – April 27, 2026 (possibility to start sooner)

Hours : 7 : 20 a.m. – 2 : 35 p.m., Monday–Friday

Grade Level : Elementary

Caseload : 42–50 students

Responsibilities :

Provide therapy services to school-aged students of all grade levels to support their speech, language, and communication needs in a developmentally appropriate manner.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs and track progress.

Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Illinois.

Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language Pathology endorsement in the state of Illinois.
