$23.00 / hr - $26.00 / hr

Location : Charlotte, NC - Hybrid, on-site 3 days a week!

Duration : 6-Month Contract, potential to extend!

Compensation : $23-$26 / Hour

Job Overview

As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through software implementation projects in partnership with a Configuration Specialist. You'll be responsible for understanding client workflows and requirements, crafting detailed project plans, and managing the full lifecycle of implementation—from kickoff to successful adoption.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience managing projects
• At least 3 years in customer-facing roles
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and SharePoint
• Strong communication skills for engaging both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management
• Capacity to juggle multiple concurrent projects (up to 15 small-scale implementations)
• Confidence in communicating with executive-level stakeholders (including C-suite)
