The role
Be the face of Multipolitan in Miami. Turn interest into trust and trust into lasting client partnerships through strategic business development across the wealth management ecosystem. Build a reputation based on sincerity and unbiased client advice and lead a high‑performing team of client advisors.
What you will do
Build awareness with HNWIs and key intermediaries across Miami and the LATAM corridor
Run high‑impact meetings with introducers and prospects
Advise on residence and citizenship planning across our global programs
Beat quarterly and annual revenue targets
Stay on top of policy and program changes to guide client decisions
Represent Multipolitan at industry events and private forums
What you bring
10+ years in client‑facing sales in wealth, private banking, investment, real estate, or recruitment
Experience with HNWIs and strong Miami or LATAM networks
Fluent English and Spanish
Confident negotiator with tact, diplomacy, and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Data‑driven and precise
