Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate : $2235.56 - $2449.61

In this role, you will be providing Home Health services to a diverse patient population. Your typical day includes managing a caseload of six visits per day, totaling 30 patients, while documenting your care using Homecare Homebase EMR. The position is designed for a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. This opportunity not only contributes significantly to the community but also enhances your professional repertoire, thanks to the supportive environment and state-of-the-art facilities.
