Requirements

• BS in Industrial or other Engineering / Technical field of study
• 5 + years of related experience
• Mastery and application of : Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles, cycle time reduction, cost analysis, cost modeling, manufacturing / business processes, Value Stream Mapping, line balance / staffing, work cell design.
• Cost modeling and project management experience
• Experience in Lean transformation of a business and / or manufacturing processes.
• Expert level knowledge & application of Excel
• Mastery of IE simulation tool(s) (e.g. SIMUL8, Flexsim, Discrete Event Simulation or similar)
• Manufacturing experience

The range for this position is $102,848.00 - $141,416.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
