The Human Institute Psychology and Therapy is seeking a Provisionally Licensed Clinician, LAC, LSW to join our team. As a part-time contract position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to our diverse population. Responsibilities :

• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions of patients through intake, interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience, patient input, and knowledge
• Provide counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups
• Maintain effective communication with staff members
• Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of treatment and records according to state and federal guidelines
• Complete external documentation as required
• Attend company meetings for ongoing professional development
