Our busy law firm is growing, and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with firm staff, other attorneys, clients, and courts in an effort to effectively serve clients. If you have excellent research, writing, family law experience, and skills, can easily use today’s technology, and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect!

Compensation :

$75,000 - $130,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
• This position will be required to bill and collect a certain number of hours.
