Claims Operations Executive

A company is looking for a Head of Claims Operations & Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage departmental relationships across a matrixed organization and oversee the Claims budget

Drive technology adoption and improvements within the claims organization in partnership with cross-functional teams

Coordinate compliance, quality, and risk management efforts while managing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

BS / BA Degree required

10+ years of experience in Claims Operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Experience leading distributed teams, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment

Data-driven orientation with a focus on continuous improvement

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business results
