Inside Sales Representative I

Position Summary :

• The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting Inside Sales priorities and initiatives in support of delivering exceptional customer service to Benshaw customers, distributors and selling resources.

Research and identify potential accounts within a target market, solicit new business, and build initial rapport Established Success Measures Sales volume in accordance with annual operating plan targets Order (booking) volume targets Price quality targets in support of overall business profitability objectives Customer net promoter improvement targets Position Skill and Education Requ irements :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support both internal and external individual and team engagement Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines Requires strong commitment to customer service and teamwork Detail orientated, independent self-starter Realized and / or ability to become proficient with ERP, CRM, email, word processing and related tools and systems Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills required Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships Good written and verbal communication skills, self-starter Additional Desired Skills :
