Position Summary The Head of Product Fanatics Branded Credit Card will define and lead the product strategy across acquisition, servicing, and gamification for the Fanatics-branded credit card. This executive will ensure customers can easily discover, adopt, and engage with the card while maintaining trust and compliance. Partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Legal & Compliance, and Operations, this leader will deliver innovative, fan-centric product experiences that drive measurable growth and long-term loyalty across the Fanatics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition Strategy Build and optimize seamless, compliant customer acquisition funnels to drive adoption at scale.
- Customer Servicing Lead delivery of transparent, reliable servicing experiences that enhance satisfaction and retention while reducing operational complexity.
- Gamification & Engagement Develop innovative engagement strategies that make managing the credit card interactive, rewarding, and responsible.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Partner across Marketing, Engineering, and Compliance to align product delivery with regulatory requirements and fan expectations.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $325,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
