We are currently searching for a Sr. Project Manager, Architecture. This position can be hybrid in the following offices : Baltimore, Akron, Columbus, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Lexington, or Louisville.

What You Will Do

• Manage a wide range of architectural projects as an enthusiastic and motivated licensed architect, with opportunities to grow within the AE market sector.
• Lead projects in the Architecture Group focusing on Large Commercial / Public Sector, Federal / DoD, Community / Municipal, Education, Justice, Residential, Workplace, Hospitality, Healthcare, Historic Restoration, and Churches.
• Develop master plans, facility needs assessments, programs, studies, reports, and presentations of findings, master plans, recommendations, and concepts; facilitate workshops and charrettes.
• Develop design and construction documents; coordinate design disciplines; conduct field assessments; and supervise deliverables.
• Collaborate with PRIME AE divisions (MEP, Structural) and external subconsultants; coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Plan and supervise the preparation of construction documents and related deliverables aligned with client goals, needs, and budgets.
• Provide on-site observation during construction to ensure compliance with Detailed Design Documents.
• Utilize Revit to prepare project designs and construction documentation; may direct activities during Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design phases; may attend industry conferences.
