Overview
Cordia Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Administrator. This role will be responsible for managing donor gifts and membership receivables, ensuring accurate account reconciliations, and supporting strong customer service for our members and donors. The ideal candidate has a background in receivables, excellent communication skills, and experience in a nonprofit environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor gift processing and membership receivables
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform follow-up on outstanding balances
- Provide excellent customer service to members, donors, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with billing and receivables reporting to management
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
