job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Execute a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals. Provide preventive services such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and patient education. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques to promote lifelong dental health. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records while adhering to strict infection control and sterilization protocols. Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred; however, passionate new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. $180,000 - $300,000 Health, dental, and vision coverage to keep you and your family protected.
