We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for a very important client

Job description :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of promotional materials for congresses and customer-facing events This role will be instrumental in driving brand consistency across physical and digital assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact materials that elevate our presence at key industry events.

Top 3 Tasks or Responsibilities in scope for this role :

1 Manage creation and delivery of congress materials including booth graphics, media and promotional materials ensuring brand consistency

2 Develop and schedule social media posts aligned with congress timelines and messaging.

3 Coordinate timelines and approvals for promotional assets across internal teams and external agencies

Requirement :

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event support roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing promotional assets for conferences or trade shows and / or experience developing branded marketing materials.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, on time and on budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with global congresses and international event coordination.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools.

    Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
