Reporting to both Managing Partner and Director of Business Development, the Sales / Lead Generation Specialist will help to expand client base and partnerships across the United States and Africa.
You will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and connecting with commercial clients, investors, and partners in various sectors :
business consulting, financial services, real estate, and mortgages.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be :
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify new clients, investors, and business partners in target markets.
- Build and maintain targeted lead databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp) to generate qualified appointments.
- Qualify prospects through structured calls or written assessments before handoff to senior closers.
- Manage and update CRM systems to ensure lead status accuracy and smooth follow-up.
2. Market Development
Develop pipelines for both consulting clients (businesses seeking funding or expansion) and mortgage clients (borrowers, realtors, and referral partners).Identify collaboration opportunities with real estate agents, developers, and financial professionals.Support cross-border initiatives linking U.S. investors and African business projects.3. Reporting & Coordination
Provide weekly updates on lead volume, engagement rate, and conversion ratios.Coordinate with brokers, consultants, and marketing teams to align efforts and targets.Track and improve performance of campaigns using measurable KPIs.REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales.Background in consulting, finance, or real estate / mortgage industry preferred.Good knowledge of the North American market (United States and Canada)Fluent in English and FrenchStrong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot, etc.), and email automation tools.Excellent communication, research, and client engagement skills.Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple time zones.Availability for high mobility.
