About the role
Our Caf Kitchen Manager is responsible for supporting the Caf General Manager in all aspects of operations within their caf including, but not limited to hiring, training, scheduling, team leadership, inventory management, profit and loss, hospitality, and food safety. This individual must maintain the highest commitment to quality with a demonstrated collaborative approach. The Caf Kitchen Manager is responsible for driving exceptional standards in food preparation and presentation as established by the Director of Culinary. This role requires at least 45 hours per work week in caf. This position is not remote. Salary commensurate with experience.

Restaurant kitchen operations experience required
Food and Beverage Manager certification
