As Project Manager, you will be the primary link between design vision and project delivery. You'll oversee timelines, budgets, consultants, and construction administration while supporting the creative process. You'll work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure every detail is executed with precision and artistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft thoughtful project plans, fee proposals, and timelines in response to project requirements
- Set up and manage contracts with clients and external consultants
- Keep a close eye on project schedules and budgets, making sure everything aligns with client expectations
- Guide projects from concept to completion, collaborating across disciplines to keep teams aligned and deadlines on track
- Schedule and lead design reviews at key milestones to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle requests for additional services with clarity and efficiency
- Lead the design team's efforts, making sure everyone's moving in sync
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and follow-through
- Submit deliverables to city agencies and follow up until permits are secured
- Support and mentor team members, helping them grow through training and feedback
- Act as the main point of contact for external partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to design production in Revit, working alongside Designers and Job Captains
- Maintain visual consistency by following office graphic standards
- Draw architectural details as needed to support design development
- Review and edit project specifications for clarity and accuracy
- Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep everyone informed
- Delegate design tasks and manage deadlines across internal and external teams
- Develop and refine fee proposals that reflect project scope and value
- Deliver contract documents on time and within budget
- Oversee construction administration, ensuring the build matches the design intent and specs
