The Role and Team

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong portfolio showcasing high-level presentation work, and the ability to create polished, brand-aligned materials that bring ideas to life. As a Presentation Designer, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Brand, Creative Director, and other team members to design, refine, and deliver compelling presentations that engage, inform, and inspire key audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design & execution : Develop compelling visuals across presentations, print, digital, social, video, and web; take projects from concept to final deliverable, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals; collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and deliver innovative design solutions that elevate storytelling.
• Project management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and on brief; create drafts and mockups for review, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs; ensure all deliverables are visually engaging and on-brand for the right audience.
• Collaboration & communication : Partner with copywriters, marketers, and cross-functional teams to produce cohesive, impactful campaigns; maintain clear communication throughout the design process to keep projects aligned and efficient; present design concepts and ideas confidently to stakeholders, gathering input and securing approvals.

Compensation & Benefits

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - 125,000 USD. Salary decisions are based on factors including scope and responsibilities, experience, location, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Medallia offers competitive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life and AD&D insurance, statutory leaves, paid parental leave, and paid holidays.
