Position Overview :

A growing law firm seeking a talented and motivated Business Litigation Attorney with a focus on construction law. Business litigation experience preferred but experience in insurance defense also welcomed. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to transition into commercial litigation. Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a variety of complex business litigation matters, particularly in the construction industry.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, including motions for summary judgment and motions to compel discovery.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial, including depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
• Advise and represent clients in various construction-related disputes, including breach of contract, construction defects, and other related claims.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation and strategy development.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring effective communication and trust.
