Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Warehouse Worker to coordinate and control inventory movement, support production with timely parts delivery, and lead day-to-day warehouse activities. This senior, hands-on role blends material handling, inventory control, and team coordination in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide manufacturing with required parts accurately and on time
Pull, sort, stage, and replenish product; maintain proper bin locations and labeling
Perform / assist with cycle counts and daily inventory accuracy checks; log nonconforming / returned goods
Reject damaged goods , initiate corrective action, and document discrepancies
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE ; complete daily equipment inspections
Help coordinate personnel and workflow to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
Communicate clearly (written & verbal) with production, shipping, and leadership
Maintain 5S standards; comply with all EHS and company policies
Cross-train / cover other warehouse or shipping team leads as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain employer certification promptly)
Active Security Clearance or VantageClear credential required.
Strong organizational skills; able to multi-task and prioritize in a high-pressure setting
Effective interpersonal skills with leadership and motivational capability
Basic computer proficiency (inventory transactions, emails, forms)
