This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not temp or contract).

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist patients recover mobility and function after surgery, acute illness, or significant injury
• Conducting thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and limitations and integrating physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care (POC) as directed by the physician orders.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs, often in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Implementing various physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
