Overview :

A critical role of the Journey Guide will be to facilitate communication and implement communication tools with the entire multi-disciplinary

cancer center team in a manner that best benefits the patient and their support system with the intent of individualizing each patient's

experience.

Qualifications :

• Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Required Experience :

Experience in Health Care setting.
