American Endovascular is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Traveling Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Putnam, Orange, and Dutchess Counties, NY . This unique opportunity focuses on providing vascular consults and follow-up care in nursing homes throughout the Putnam County area .

As a Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will :

• Travel to designated nursing homes to perform vascular consults
• Review and interpret ultrasound results
• Communicate findings and treatment plans with patients and their families
• Collaborate with our vascular specialists to ensure continuity of care
• ?? Schedule
• 1 day per week, with flexible scheduling
• ? Requirements
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
• Experience in vascular care or related specialties preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and travel within the region
