As a Client Partner at 2X, you are the strategic lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of mid-market, and enterprise clients. You own the end-to-end client relationship and are responsible for delivering a seamless, outcome-driven 2X experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
You’ll serve as a strategic partner to your clients — leading account planning, overseeing health and performance, and surfacing opportunities to expand and deepen the relationship. You will manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion, while championing the voice of the customer across 2X’s global delivery teams.
This role requires strong and insightful presence, commercial acumen, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on execution, performance, and measurable outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Lead strategic conversations and execution across the client lifecycle — onboarding, relationship development, business reviews, renewal, and expansion.
- Drive account planning, QBRs / MBRs, and performance measurement tied to client goals and KPIs.
- Partner cross-functionally in a global model with consideration toward cultural and time zone alignment.
- Monitor client health and proactively manage risks related to satisfaction, NRR, and expansion potential.
- Monitor account financials ensuring profitability and MRR attainment, partnering with delivery and operations teams to maintain a line of sight to margin and resource allocation.
- Identify whitespace and upsell opportunities, and partner internally to scope and activate new initiatives.
- Champion the voice of the customer (VOC) internally to inform service delivery and innovation and translate the client needs into actionable strategies and tactics for the delivery teams to execute.
- Stay current on industry trends, client business priorities, industry shifts, and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the evolution of 2X’s Client Success playbooks, processes, and best practices to support scale.

Multiple years of client-facing experience in marketing, consulting, or a related services environment; B2B strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage and grow complex client relationships, ideally at the enterprise level.Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign execution, and / or digital strategy.Advanced marketing and business acumen — able to tie marketing performance to business impact.Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders.Located in or willing to relocate to Greater Philadelphia area, and able to work hybrid schedule in office located in Malvern, PA.
