Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with an active Illinois license and BLS certification for a hospital-based operating room position.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital operating room environment

Schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts per week

On-call duties are required as needed

Block scheduling is not available

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and care

Demonstrate clinical judgment in identifying and reporting changes in patient condition

Maintain accurate medical records

Promote a healthy work environment through professional communication

Requirements

Active Illinois RN license required

Current BLS certification required

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required

Operating Room nursing experience required
