Portfolio Strategy Director

A company is looking for a Portfolio Strategy Director responsible for guiding investment opportunities for a global client.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor staff while coordinating daily team activities to meet client goals

Lead client relationships and provide strategic recommendations for portfolio and business strategies

Analyze data to create reports and communicate insights to executives and key partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered

Professional qualification such as RICS, CFA, ACA, or equivalent experience

Solid understanding of Real Estate Financials and Lease Terms

Leadership skills to achieve targets impacting multiple departments

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced math skills
