Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with key clinical customers within the Perioperative portfolio, offering clinical expertise.
Support sales professionals by identifying suitable cases for evaluations and guiding clinicians throughout procedures while advocating for the companys technology.
Conduct clinical needs assessments, oversee product conversions, and provide ongoing support through in-servicing and troubleshooting.
Gather and share customer insights to contribute to the development of marketing strategies, tools, and sales plans in collaboration with the sales team.
Stay informed on trends in hemodynamic monitoring, enhanced recovery, and goal-directed fluid therapy, as well as competitive market dynamics, through active participation in relevant associations.
Keep up to date with evolving standards, recommendations, and guidelines from influential associations.
Leverage evidence-based research to provide clinical practice recommendations to customers.
Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks, including expense reports, communications, conference participation, market research, competitor analysis, and CRM documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in critical care practices.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to leverage evidence-based practices to influence and enhance clinical outcomes.
Strong team player with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Innovative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
Willingness and ability to travel 7080% of the time.
Education
Registered Nurse preferred
