We are seeking a LPN or RN  Unit Manager to join our committed staff and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient / resident care for an assigned nursing unit
  • Leads by investing and building healthy relationships among staff, colleagues and other disciplines
  • Demonstrates critical thinking in the identification of clinical, social, safety issues within the episode of care. Demonstrates initiative and seeks formal and informal opportunities to improve clinical practice

    • Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in state of PA
  • Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required
  • Extensive clinical experience in long-term care preferred
  • Possess effective team problem-solving and professional communication skills
