What You'll Be Doing

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Monitor material flow and ensure proper loading and unloading procedures

Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to a zero-incident culture

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and procedures

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.50 to $33.01 per hour
